Honey Bee Veterinary Consortium

The HBVC is made up of students and professionals from all segments of veterinary medicine and animal science who care about bees and beekeeping.

Part of our mission at HBVC is to provide an avenue for beekeepers to locate a veterinarian

that is willing to work with bees.

Veterinarians, meet beekeepers; Beekeepers, meet veterinarians!

If you are a beekeeper looking for a veterinarian, there is a "Find a Bee Vet" menu.

If you are a veterinarian interested in working with beekeepers, there is a "Join HBVC" menu button to take you to where you can sign up to be on the list as a veterinarian interested in bees.

Michigan Beekeepers'
Association

Membership in the Michigan Beekeepers’ Association supports Michigan bees and beekeepers. When you become a member of the Michigan Beekeepers Association (MBA), you are joining the oldest continuously operating agricultural organization in the state of Michigan, and one of the oldest beekeeping clubs in the country.  Since 1865, MBA has actively supported research for Michigan beekeeping, beekeepers, and promoted Michigan beekeeping through educational programs, legislative advocacy, and community outreach.  As the only statewide organization, MBA coordinates and cooperates with over 20 local organizations to provide, support, education, and resources for beekeepers around the state.  The Michigan Beekeepers Association is a voice of beekeepers in Michigan, working closely with researchers and policymakers to promote our bees and our industry.
